{"id":3721,"date":"2021-09-27T12:06:00","date_gmt":"2021-09-27T12:06:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/kecdempet.demakkab.go.id\/?page_id=3721"},"modified":"2021-09-27T12:09:53","modified_gmt":"2021-09-27T12:09:53","slug":"pengajuan-keberatan-informasi-publik","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/kecdempet.demakkab.go.id\/index.php\/pengajuan-keberatan-informasi-publik\/","title":{"rendered":"MEKANISME PENANGANAN KEBERATAN INFORMASI"},"content":{"rendered":"<header class=\"entry-header\">\n<h1 class=\"entry-title\">PENGAJUAN KEBERATAN INFORMASI PUBLIK<\/h1>\n<\/header>\n<div class=\"entry-content\">\n<div id=\"page\" class=\"site box-shadow\">\n<div id=\"site-content\" class=\"site-content\">\n<div class=\"customify-container\">\n<div class=\"customify-grid\">\n<div class=\"content-inner\">\n<article id=\"post-476\" class=\"post-476 page type-page status-publish hentry\">\n<div class=\"entry-content\">\n<h3><strong>TATA CARA PENGAJUAN KEBERATAN<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Pemohon Informasi Publik menyampaikan pengajuan keberatan atas tidak terlayaninya permohonan informasi yang dibutuhkan melalui :<\/li>\n<li>Datang langsung dan mengisi formulir permohonan pengajuan keberatan informasi publik dengan melengkapi fotocopy identitas diri (KTP).<\/li>\n<li>Melalui website dengan mengisi formulir yang telah diunduh dan menyertakan scan identitas diri (NIK) kemudian dikirim kealamat email PPID yang tertera di website.<\/li>\n<li>Mengirim fax formulir permohonan informasi yang telah diisilengkap disertai dengan fax identitasdiri (NIK) kenomor fax PPID.<\/li>\n<li>Melakukan registrasi formulir pengajuan keberatan pelayanan informasi dan menyampaikan pengajuan keberatan kepada Atasan PPID.<\/li>\n<li>PPID Utama akan memeriksa formulir pengajuan keberatan dari Para Pemohon Informasi dan memerintahkan PPID dan PPID Pembantu untuk menjawab permohonan informasi.<\/li>\n<li>PPID Utama Memerintahkan kepada PPID dan PPID Pembantu untuk memenuhi permintaan informasi dari Pemohon Informasi.<\/li>\n<li>Memberikan informasi yang diminta oleh pemohon informasi kepada Atasan PPID jika informasi yang dimaksud telah masuk DIP. Atasan PPID akan\u00a0 menjawab pengajuan keberatan kepada pemohon informasi. Jika informasi yang diinginkan pemohon informasi tidak termasuk dalam DIP yang telah diumumkan, karena informasi belum tersedia atau termasuk informasi yang dikecualikan, maka diberikan surat
